Lauren has extensive experience working with Traditional Owner groups, Aboriginal corporations and industry stakeholders to develop strong partnerships and deliver outcomes that meet both organisational and community expectations.
Her work focuses on agreement governance, stakeholder engagement strategy, business improvement and systems development.
Lauren has held senior roles with Rio Tinto and Chevron and has led a number of major improvement initiatives relating to Traditional Owner partnerships, ESG compliance and engagement processes.
Her approach combines strategic thinking with practical implementation - helping organisations strengthen governance frameworks, improve systems and embed new ways of working.
Carlin Hughes
Operations and safety professional with more than 12 years’ experience across LNG and major project environments.
Carlin has worked across commissioning, operations, shutdowns and safety leadership on major oil and gas projects including Chevron’s Gorgon and Wheatstone developments.
His experience spans permit to work systems, operational risk management, shutdown coordination, commissioning and plant operations.
Carlin brings strong operational insight to advisory work, particularly where governance, safety systems and operational realities intersect.
Earlier in his career he also worked in community engagement and social investment initiatives in the Pilbara, supporting relationships with Traditional Owner groups and regional communities.
His background allows CLH to bridge the gap between corporate strategy, governance requirements and on-the-ground operational delivery.
